The FALKE socks TK2 Explore blue/yellow are women’s trekking and hiking socks designed for high comfort in light mountain terrain, with medium cushioning for protection and good shoe contact. A merino wool blend with a three-layer, moisture-wicking construction helps keep feet dry, regulate temperature, and reduce the risk of blisters on day hikes and light treks.

Materials and performance

These calf-length socks use a mix of 43% polypropylene, 22% polyamide, 19% acrylic, and 16% wool in a merino blend that offers thermal insulation and a warming effect in varied weather. The fabric manages moisture efficiently for a consistently dry feel and quick re-drying, while the merino content adds odour-resistant properties for longer outings.

Fit and design

An anatomical left/right shape tailors the padding and toe box to each foot for a close, secure fit, with a female-specific cut for narrower feet. Medium-volume padding cushions key stress zones without feeling bulky inside hiking boots. A crest-inspired mountain silhouette is integrated into the shaft as a visual detail, tying the TK2 Explore to its hiking focus.
