1. Right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 calendar days without giving any reason, unless an exception applies.
For goods, the withdrawal period usually starts from the day you or a third party indicated by you, other than the carrier, receives the goods.
If an order is delivered in several parts, the withdrawal period starts from the day you or a third party indicated by you receives the last item, lot, or part of the order.
2. How to exercise the right of withdrawal
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from the contract before the withdrawal period expires.

Please include your order number, name, contact information, and a clear statement that you wish to withdraw from the contract.
3. Return deadline
After informing us that you wish to withdraw from the contract, you must return the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 calendar days from the day you informed us about your decision to withdraw.
The deadline is met if you send the goods back before the 14-day return period expires.

We recommend using a tracked delivery service and keeping proof of return shipment until the return is completed.
If possible, please pack the goods securely and include your order number inside the parcel so that we can identify the return faster.
5. Return costs
The customer is responsible for the direct cost of returning goods, unless the product is faulty, incorrect, damaged due to reasons not caused by the customer, or we have agreed otherwise.
Original delivery costs are refunded according to applicable law. If you chose a delivery method more expensive than the standard delivery option offered by us, we are not required to refund the additional delivery cost.
6. Condition of returned goods
You are responsible for keeping the goods in good condition while they are in your possession.
During the withdrawal period, you may inspect the goods only to the extent necessary to determine their nature, characteristics, and functioning, similar to how you would inspect them in a physical store.
If the goods have been used more than necessary to inspect them, or if the goods are returned damaged, incomplete, or with missing packaging or accessories, we may reduce the refund to reflect the decrease in value of the goods.
To avoid disputes, we recommend taking photos of the goods and packaging before sending the return.
7. Refunds
If you withdraw from the contract, we will refund payments received from you for the returned goods, including the standard delivery cost of the original shipment where required by law.
We will make the refund without undue delay and no later than 14 calendar days from the day we are informed about your decision to withdraw from the contract.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or until you provide proof that the goods have been sent back, whichever happens first.
Refunds are usually made using the same payment method that was used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed.
8. Exceptions to the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal may not apply in certain cases provided by law, including but not limited to:
- Goods made to the customer’s specifications or clearly personalised goods;
- Sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons if they have been unsealed after delivery;
- Goods which, after delivery, are inseparably mixed with other items;
If an exception applies to a specific product, we will assess it according to applicable law.
9. Faulty, damaged, incorrect, or incomplete products
If you receive a faulty, damaged, incorrect, or incomplete product, please contact us as soon as possible at motosports@motosports.lv.
Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos or videos where relevant.
If the issue is confirmed, we will offer a solution in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws. Depending on the situation, this may include repair, replacement, price reduction, refund, or another legally appropriate solution.
If the product is faulty, incorrect, or damaged due to reasons not caused by the customer, we will cover the reasonable return shipping cost where required by law.
