These Terms and Conditions apply to purchases made on Motosports.lv, Motosports.se, and Motosports24.com.

In these Terms and Conditions, SIA “IGJJ” may be referred to as “we”, “us”, “our”, “Seller”, or “Motosports”. The person placing an order may be referred to as “you”, “Buyer”, “Customer”, or “Consumer”.

1. Scope of these Terms

These Terms and Conditions apply to all online orders placed through Motosports.lv, Motosports.se, and Motosports24.com.

By placing an order on our website, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms and Conditions.

These Terms do not limit any mandatory consumer rights granted to you under applicable European Union or national consumer protection laws.

2. Websites and markets

Motosports.lv, Motosports.se, and Motosports24.com may serve different markets, languages, and customer locations. Regardless of the domain or language version used, all websites are operated by SIA “IGJJ”.

The contract may be concluded in the language available on the relevant website or market version at the time of purchase.

3. Products and product information

We aim to provide accurate and up-to-date information about products, including product names, descriptions, specifications, images, prices, availability, and delivery information.

Product images are for illustration purposes. The actual product may differ slightly from images due to manufacturer updates, screen settings, packaging changes, or other technical reasons. This does not affect your statutory consumer rights.

If important product information changes after you have placed an order, we will contact you before processing the order further where required.

4. Prices and taxes

Product prices are shown in the currency displayed on the relevant website or market version. Prices include applicable value added tax (VAT), unless stated otherwise.

Delivery costs are not included in the product price unless clearly stated. Delivery costs are shown before checkout confirmation.

We reserve the right to correct obvious pricing, product, or technical errors. If an obvious error affects your order, we will contact you and give you the option to confirm the order with the corrected information or cancel the order.

5. Availability

Product availability is shown on the product page where possible. Availability may depend on the stock location, supplier availability, warehouse status, or product type.

Some products may be available immediately, while others may be available from a warehouse, on backorder, or as pre-order items.

If a product becomes unavailable after you place an order, we will inform you as soon as reasonably possible. In such a case, we may offer:

  • A new estimated delivery time;
  • An alternative product;
  • A partial shipment, where possible;
  • Cancellation of the unavailable item and a refund.

If we cannot fulfil your order and you do not accept an alternative solution, we will refund the relevant amount paid for the unavailable product.

6. Order placement

You can place an order by adding products to the cart, entering the required customer, delivery, and payment information, and confirming the order at checkout.

Before confirming the order, you have the opportunity to review the products, quantities, delivery details, payment method, and total order amount.

After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation by email. The distance contract is considered concluded when we send the order confirmation to the email address provided by you.

If we are unable to accept or fulfil your order, we will contact you using the contact information provided during checkout.

7. Customer account

Some website features may allow or require a customer account. If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details secure.

Where guest checkout is available, you may place an order without creating an account.

Order information is stored in our systems, and the order confirmation is sent to the customer by email. Where a customer account is available, order information may also be accessible through the account.

8. Payment

Available payment methods may include:

  • Payment card;
  • Bank transfer;
  • PayPal;
  • Other payment methods shown at checkout.

The available payment methods may differ depending on the country, market, currency, order value, and checkout settings.

Payment data is processed securely by payment service providers. We do not store full payment card numbers or full card security details on our own systems.

The order may be processed after payment is received or authorised, depending on the selected payment method.

9. Delivery

We deliver orders to the countries and regions available at checkout. Delivery options, delivery costs, and estimated delivery times are shown before order confirmation.

Our delivery partners may include DPD and other courier or logistics providers shown at checkout.

Estimated delivery times depend on the destination country, delivery method, product availability, warehouse location, supplier availability, and order processing time.

If a product page shows a specific availability or delivery estimate, this estimate applies to that product unless we inform you otherwise.

If your order contains products with different availability statuses, we may ship the order when all products are available, unless otherwise agreed.

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by courier delays, holidays, customs procedures, incorrect delivery information, or other circumstances outside our control.

The customer is responsible for providing accurate delivery details. If delivery is delayed or impossible because of incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer, additional delivery costs may apply.

10. Store pickup

If store pickup is available at checkout, you may choose to collect your order from our store at Aleksandra Čaka 149, Riga, LV-1012, Latvia.

We will notify you when the order is ready for pickup. Please do not come to collect the order before receiving confirmation that it is ready.

When collecting an order, we may ask you to show the order confirmation and a valid identification document.

11. Right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 calendar days without giving a reason, unless an exception applies.

For goods, the withdrawal period usually starts from the day you or a third party indicated by you, other than the carrier, receives the goods.

If an order is delivered in several parts, the withdrawal period starts from the day you or a third party indicated by you receives the last item, lot, or part of the order.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from the contract before the withdrawal period expires.

You may use our withdrawal form, if available, but using the form is not mandatory as long as your decision to withdraw from the contract is clear.

12. Returning goods after withdrawal

After informing us that you wish to withdraw from the contract, you must return the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 calendar days from the day you informed us about your decision to withdraw.

Returned goods should be sent or delivered to:

The customer is responsible for the direct cost of returning goods, unless the product is faulty, incorrect, or we have agreed otherwise.

You are responsible for keeping the goods in good condition while they are in your possession. You may inspect the goods to the extent necessary to determine their nature, characteristics, and functioning, similar to how you would inspect them in a physical store.

If the goods have been used more than necessary to inspect them, we may reduce the refund to reflect the decrease in value of the goods.

13. Refunds after withdrawal

If you withdraw from the contract, we will refund payments received from you for the returned goods, including the standard delivery cost of the original shipment where required by law.

If you chose a delivery method more expensive than the standard delivery option offered by us, we are not required to refund the additional delivery cost.

We will make the refund without undue delay and no later than 14 calendar days from the day we are informed about your decision to withdraw from the contract.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or until you provide proof that the goods have been returned, whichever happens first.

Refunds are usually made using the same payment method that was used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed.

14. Exceptions to the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal may not apply in certain cases provided by law, including but not limited to:

  • Goods made to the customer’s specifications or clearly personalised goods;
  • Goods that are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly;
  • Sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons if they have been unsealed after delivery;
  • Sealed audio, video recordings, or software if the seal has been broken after delivery;
  • Goods which, after delivery, are inseparably mixed with other items;
  • Digital content or services where performance has begun with the consumer’s prior consent and acknowledgement, where applicable.

If an exception applies to a specific product, we will assess it according to applicable law.

15. Faulty, damaged, or incorrect products

If you receive a faulty, damaged, incorrect, or incomplete product, please contact us as soon as possible at motosports@motosports.lv.

Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos or videos where relevant.

If the issue is confirmed, we will offer a solution in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws. Depending on the situation, this may include repair, replacement, price reduction, refund, or another legally appropriate solution.

If the product is faulty, incorrect, or damaged due to reasons not caused by the customer, we will cover the reasonable return shipping cost where required by law.

16. Legal guarantee and manufacturer warranty

Consumers have a statutory right to file a claim for goods that do not conform to the contract within 2 years from the date of delivery of the goods, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

The legal guarantee applies independently of any manufacturer warranty.

Some products may also include a manufacturer warranty. The warranty period and warranty conditions may be provided by the manufacturer in the product documents, packaging, or manufacturer website.

A manufacturer warranty does not limit or replace your statutory consumer rights.

To submit a claim for a product that does not conform to the contract, please contact us at motosports@motosports.lv and include your order number, proof of purchase, and a description of the issue.

17. Complaints

If you have a complaint about product availability, product quality, delivery, service, or another issue related to your order, please contact us:

Please include your name, contact information, order number, description of the issue, and any supporting documents or photos.

We will review your complaint and respond as soon as reasonably possible.

If a complaint is not resolved directly with us, consumers may use alternative dispute resolution options available under applicable law.

Consumers in Latvia may contact the Consumer Rights Protection Centre of Latvia. Consumers in other countries may contact their local consumer protection authority or European Consumer Centre for advice.

18. Limitation of liability

We are responsible for fulfilling our obligations under these Terms and applicable law.

We are not responsible for delays or failure to perform caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to courier delays, supplier delays, customs procedures, natural disasters, strikes, technical failures, cyber incidents, government restrictions, or other force majeure events.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability where such limitation or exclusion is not allowed by applicable law.

19. Privacy and personal data

We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

The Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect, why we process it, how long we keep it, who we share it with, and what rights you have.

20. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time to reflect changes in our business, websites, services, legal obligations, or operational processes.

The version of the Terms and Conditions that applies to your order is the version available on the website at the time you place the order.

The latest version of these Terms and Conditions will always be available on our websites.

21. Governing law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Latvia, without limiting any mandatory consumer protection rights that may apply in the customer’s country of residence.

If any part of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining parts will continue to apply.
