Snug all around with no pressure points — it shouldn't rock or rotate when you shake your head, even unbuckled. The liner and ear pads soften with use; the crown fit does not.
Wrap a tape around the widest part of your head, about 2 cm above the eyebrows, and match it in the size table above.
Same-brand helmet and goggle pairs seal best, but most combinations work — there should be no gap on the forehead. Bring or tell us your goggles and we'll confirm the match.
Replace it after any significant impact — even without visible damage — and every 3–5 seasons of regular use, as liners age and compress.
