They combine an intuitive boot-to-binding interface with a medium, versatile flex that balances comfort and control.

Construction and Step On mechanism

The Step On® system uses three secure connection points — two at the toe and one at the heel — for a locked-in feel, direct energy transfer, and precise board control. A single-component baseplate keeps the flex and response consistent across varied terrain. The Step On hi-back integrates the Step On FLAD™ forward lean adjuster, so you can fine-tune response with a #2 screwdriver. Underfoot, Re:Flex FullBED cushioning helps absorb impacts and reduce fatigue over a full day of laps.

Boot compatibility

These bindings work exclusively with Burton Step On® snowboard boots and are sized to match women’s Step On boot sizing. They pair with any board that accepts Re:Flex discs, from Burton boards to other major mounting patterns.

Technical specifications

Rider focus: Women’s all-mountain snowboarding

Flex feel: Happy Medium (medium flex)

Mounting system: Re:Flex™ disc, compatible with all current snowboard mounting systems

Baseplate: Single-component construction

Baseplate materials: 18% short-glass / nylon composite

Cushioning: Re:Flex FullBED cushioning

Hi-back adjustability: Step On FLAD™ forward lean adjustment

Disc for 3D pattern: 3D Hinge Disc required for pre-2014 Burton 3D boards (not included)

Use case

The BURTON WMS Step On pink outline bindings suit riders who want quick, strap-free entry and reliable connection for resort laps, from groomers to side hits and light off-piste.
